Shipping policy

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over R500. Orders below R500 are charged a flat rate of R99.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes: Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 8 -11 business days nationwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa.

Shipping Coverage: We currently ship to all areas within South Africa only. 

Our Courier: All orders are shipped via Aramex. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Aramex on your behalf.
